Monday

Hospital beds in Nottingham could be 'bible free' as the local NHS Trust are considering having the Gideon bibles removed  as they pose a risk of infection from super bugs. Do pray that the bibles will remain.

Tuesday

South Central China still reeling from the worst floods in 12 years leaving 120 million people homeless & 670,000 homes destroyed, could face even more severe deluges. Ask for God's compassion and mercy.

Wednesday

Pray for all those known to us who are sick remembering especially Jenny Pettit & Derek South.  Also those recently bereaved remembering Letitia. May they know Gods presence in their daily routine and encompass His love and guidance for them.

Thursday

A pastor and his brother were shot dead coming out of court where they faced charges of blasphemy; 800 Christians & Muslims are wanted by the Pakistani police following riots. Persecution of non-Islamists is increasing throughout Pakistan. Please pray for our fellow Christians.

Friday

In this holiday time, with fewer meetings etc. try to use the extra time to share more with Jesus, giving thanks for this opportunity to relax and enjoy all He has provided for you.

Saturday

Pray for Pauline,Dave Deeny, Ray Giles and Sue Gill that they will have a time of rest and refreshment and a full restoration of mind and body. Give thanks for all their hard work & dedication to St. Andrews.

Sunday

The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the broken-hearted & saves those who are crushed in spirit.  Psalm 34 (17-18)
