Monday
On this Bank Holiday pray for safety for all who travel. Remember those who have lost loved ones or were badly injured in the Spanair plane disaster.
Tuesday
Ask for God's special grace for Marguerite McCann (and Alex and Elizabeth) settling back in Phnom Penh - continuing their lengthy language studies - and considering their future service out there.
Wednesday
Pray for all whom we know who are ill or frail; also for their carers, often suffering in their own way. May we give support where we can.
Thursday
Thank Give thanks for our Police Force nationwide, often in risky situations. Remember PCSO Louise Cox and local Officers endeavouring to protect our community from harm.
Friday
Pray about the planned link with St. Mary's Church, Thorrington, and discussions and meetings yet to take place. May our two congregations prove to be a blessing to each other.
Saturday
Thank God for our musicians and the time they give to preparation. May God help them to yield their gifts to Him as they lead us in worship.
Sunday
